All Clermont Basketball Academy (CBA) apparel and merchandise sales are final. Each item is custom-made to order and printed specifically for your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

• No returns or exchanges. Because all CBA gear is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or design preferences once your order is placed.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order (e.g., wrong size or design due to CBA error), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clermontbasketballacademy.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll happily replace or correct the item at no additional cost.

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.

Clermont Basketball Academy (CBA) offers two convenient options for receiving your gear:

Shipping

• Orders can be shipped directly to your address anywhere in the U.S.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and location.

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after purchase.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Gym Pickup

• You may choose Free Pickup at the Clermont Rec Gym during scheduled CBA sessions or events.

• You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.

• Please bring your confirmation email or order number when picking up your items.

Note: CBA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
